Ancestral Property Rights
Can father sell a property which he has inherited when he has
sons and daughter, because sons and daughers are not looking after him. father is in posession of the property. where as son is settled in some other place and he is not willing to sell or take care of his father and daughers as well.

He can sell but should show the necessity and family intention and other related things in the sale deed for which he is selling the property. If possible can add the said son and daughter as parties to sale deed for abundant and caution.

Mere inheritance does not make a property ancestral or family property.
