If Ancestral Property Sold and out of that consideration another property purchased wether it can be considered as ancestral property or not?

yes it is ancestral but you have to prove the transactions.

yes in caes the unpartitioned ancestral property is sold and another purchased out of those funds, its again an ancestral property unless after the sale the proceeds were not divided giving effect to partition.
