annual maintenance payment

Kindly guide whether I should pay the Annual Tenant Fees of Rs 15000 that is charged by my Hsg Soc. In Malad Mumbai.

I am the owner of the property and I have rented it at 17000 p.m.

A Society can charge 10% over and above usual maintenance charges, if premises is let out. Amount of rent is inconsequential.
