Ansectoral property(christians)
My grandfather owned a resedentian house.HE expired without leaving a will.He has 2 sons and 2 daughters.one son expired leaving his wife and 2sons.The other son has only daughters,whereas the sisters have sons and daughters.Do the grandsons (deceased s sons)have a right to the ansectoral property.In case the property has to be disposed,who should sign on behalf of the deceased.

Yes. The property shall be divided in four sares and the children are entitled to have share of their father.Any legal heir can sell the property but he shall be liable to pay the share to each legal heir.
