Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Our's is an apartment which has been recently formed. We have been living here for last 4 years and all the members had mutually agreed that they will not rent out their premises to bachelors since it is a 13 flat apartment and most ladies are alone at home during the day time. one of the apartment owner has sold the flat to a new owner and this person has kept 3 Bachelors as tenants without any information to the Apartment body. We called him & requested him to abide by the rules of the apartment, he refuses to co-operate and insist that he would continue with the people that he has kept as tenant and hence forth also rent it to bachelors only since they pay more rent. We need your help so as to
1. how can we stop him from behaving in such a errant manner
2.Should there be some limit to the rents taken from tenants
3. Only family's should be keept as tenants.
4. Can we file a case against the owner as all the other 12 members are against this.
Please help!!
