Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I�m looking for an apparment in perungudi and found a suitable one that have 5 appartments in 1 ground. Builder have constructed stilt car park and 1 apt in Ground floor, 2 apts in first floor and 2 apts in second floor. Yesterday only I saw CMDA approved plan , that have only one apts above the stilt and open terrece. I�m looking for the one that is build in the stilt and that have approval. Builder says that he will not sell that unapproved other flat , but rent it to some residential (hope he will obvisouly sell for cash parties J )
Can we buy this property in stilt floor that have approval, does this cause problem later for me , since this is no approval for 2nd floor apartment? Please give in your valuable suggestion�.
