Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I would like to appeal to the Dy.Registrar of Co-Op Hsg Soc under Section 22(2) of the Maharashtra Co-Op Hsg Soc Act. This is wrt the non- provision of share certificate even after a prolonged duration of 12 months after application to the Secretary of my Hsg Society. I would like to know the following:
a) Format for applying under Section22(2)
b) Is a court fee stamp required? What denomination?
c) Can an individual member apply or a lawyer's service is required?
