Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

What is the approximate cost if a suit for partition is filed before the court. What would be the approx. duration for completion of such case.

Cost is not much but depends on the lawyer fees. After the amendment in CPC all the suit are suppose to be decided in a year.

Cost depends on suit valuation and fees charged by your lawyer. Both these things are local in nature and could be ascertained locally.

For disposal of a civil suit, minimum time required is about 1.5 to 2 years. However, maximum time limit is difficult to guess.
