Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
If the area of the plot is more than the specified dimensions, who owns that part of land. For ex: If there are 2 adjacent plots which are supposed to be a x b but instead it is (a + 5) x (b + 5). Who among the 2 plot owners have the rights to the property ? It definitely cannot go to the BDA because it is in between the 2 plots. Who is responsible for deciding this ? Whom do we have to approach ?
