Could you pls. advice details on the

admission of second Asso.

Membership?? First query is

whether second asso. Member is

permitted and if so, then under wat

specific byelaw and sub-class

number is it permitted.

Lastly , does the name of the

second asso. Member feature in the

reverse side of Shares Certificate.

The member has no objection od

the second asso. Member.

The first asso. Member has ill-

health.

Check bye-laws of your society. Bye-laws of the societies are framed as per the local state act and may be different in different states.
