My aunt expired recently. I am the nominee for the flat. Could you please advise the formalities that I would need to complete for transfer of the flat in my name.

You have to file the forms prescribed by the Housing Federation Office at Fort to the society along with requisite affidavits and indemnity bonds.

Formalities are as per the Bye-Laws of the Society, which include submission of few forms and death certificate of the deceased member.
