Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

A and B are brothers. A give her house which is in co.operative housing society to B without any reward means as a gift. This house was A's self acquired property. Now B has two sons X and Y . B has transfer his house due to his bad health to his wife as per the procedure of co.-operative housing society law. unfortunelately his wife pass away. X is not live with B since last 24 years and careless about B. Y is live with B from begining and take care him. now this house is tranfer to Y. Now X says it is ancestral property. He claim for his share. X threat to carring in court

sir, tell me is it ancestral property ? is X has any right for this house.

"B" transfer this property to "Y" name. This is not ancestral property because "A" give her property to "B" by Registered Gift Deed so "A" is only owner of this property.
