Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A and B decide to buy a property from C. A and B pay certain sum each to C in furtherance. An agreement to sell has been made but registry has not been made yet. Possession has been handed over in paper to A and B. C, the seller, takes illegal possession of the property. legal remedies available for A and B.
