Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

How to get back the ancestral property without out doing a court case? There are two heirs and property is in the possession of both heirs, but one heir locked his part of property and the other heir is too arogant. Mutual Partition way is not accepted by the other heir. Please suggest some way. I have not much money to file the partition suit.

If you are not interested in doing a court case then only God can help you. Start keeping fast for seven days a week and i am sure you'll get your back property back.
