want to take back the possession of the property

My father purchased a house of 100 sq. yard in 1967 in his own name, his one brother join the house and take a possession of 40 sq. yard back side of the property and not given any rent. but the father's brother was no more, only his wife and his son's widow. But my father want to sell the property but they are not giving the possession. what is correct way to take the possession of the said property. however the property is in my father name only till date.

Termiante the license and then file a suit of recovery for the possesion of the property.

It is an example of LICENCE.Firstly terminate the licence and then file suit for recovery of possession.contact with details,professional charges are applicable.
