to get back my own property
we were in joint family till date from 30 -40 year my father has three more brothers and three sisters my father uses to work in ecil as store executive and he use to feed in house and take care of his brothers and sisters and he showed his brothers to settle in profession now they say that we have no share in the property which they have earn together.actually we have a land in dilsukhnagar and it was purchases by my father later they applied for loan and built a house of one floor, to repay the loan to bank his brothers helped him by giving a part of amount for which my father said to take the rents coming from the tenants and keep with them in return to the money which they have given. The land is registered legally on my fathers name now they say that they will not allow us to take the house we want to shift to our place and we said that other than this house we dont require or interested in the propery share which are there in between all the brothers. Now daily harrashment started in house with my family they speak all abuses words and fighting with us and they are saying� that we will keep some people on rent and murder ur family if u enter that place in dsnr�.What we have to do to get back the property without any disturba

it is your hfather's property legally - you are entitled to it! consult a lawyer - issue a legal notice and proceed for a suit! you may also give a criminal - police complaint - and also seek police help to give you and your family life protection!

Since your father is the registered owner of the said property, you have right to recover the said property from your relatives. You are required to file a suit for recovery of possession on which you will have to pay court fee.

Consult an advocate with details.In present circumstances your father may file a suit for possession as the land was given on licence by him to his brothers.
