Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I belong to joint family of an ancestral property in thane,headed by my eldest uncle.i'm the daughter of youngest brother in the family.Now,uncle being the head of the family does not want to give my dad & our family any share in the property.He wants us to totally minus us from the property.Our finanaces also he has in his hands and we cannot do anything.We are in a very bad state...Can you please guide us and recommend any good lawyer who could help us to solve our problem?

Your question is not very clear . Is your property a coparcenary property ? Who was the owner of this property which you say is ancestral property( Great grand father or grand father) . You can ask your father to file a suit for partition suit against your uncle ,if this is ancestral property ,which i doubt very much.
