we are belong from urbanaised village we have a property in west delhi its part of aggriculter land i am 1/3 part owner of this land but my cosioun occupied full property and enjoy same ,, we are filing sevel suit in tees hazari .wt is proses get stay for same property

Apart from stay you can also file Lis-Pendense in Sub-Registrar's office. Even if third party rights are created, such third party shall be bound by the outcome of your suit.
