I have purchases property in the name of my son BUT with my own resources & took the possession myself. The intention is that the property is 4 the use of the entire family & Not 4 the exclusive use of my said son.IS the transation illegal under PROHIBITION OF BENAMI TRANSATION ACT 1988?Who is the real owner in the eyes of law? Reply by looking into the legal position as HELD in AIR 1989 KERALA 317

You have mentioned this issue several times with different wordings.

Your son is the real owner in the eyes of law. However, you can file a suit and seek a declaration that you are the real owner.
