Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

The bilder has alloted us stilt parking during the purchase of the flat in mumbai. Now the managing committee members who donot have a stilt parking have decided to cancel the stilt parking alloted by the builder on the basis of supreme court judgement. My question is "weather the managing committee has power to cancel the stilt parking on the basis of the recent supreme court judgement. What is the legal provision by laws? Can they call SGM for this issue?".
