my biological fater left us 10 years back, i was born out of an extra marital affair,and he is now staying with his wife and son. he never contacted us in these 10 years and my mother is the whole sole bread earner. i am 22 year girl and my mother is still unmarried... do i have any rights on my father's property?

yes, you have all the rights in your biological father's property provided he does not cleverly exclude you by writing a WILL in favour of his wife and/or son. You have right to maintainence also, if you are not working. You had been entitled to your education expenses which you may claim if education has been completed in the last three years.
in case it is the self acquired property of your father and your father dies intestate i.e. without leaving a will, you have an equal right in the property. but till he is alive, you have no right. you have no right in ancestral property of your father.
