Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have booked a Flat in chennai -Kavya builders by assuring completion by May'11. Till now the Flat is not completed for parking, compound, drainage and water filter installation and other minor works. Due to dispute among partners, they are not funding and progressing irrespective of our (14 flat owners) chasing continuously. We occupied and got possession letter also. Now we are suffering for water, drainage and parking without compound. What to do? please advise.

If there is no amicable solution, option of approaching Consumer Forum or Court is to be exercised.
