Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have booked a flat in G+7 tower in Dombivli City and there after registration of Agreement is made by paying the appropriate stamp duty & registration charges. After 12 month builder has changed the plan and modified the property plan which I don't like and with a reason of this I have cancelled the flat and executed the cancelled deed. My question is here whether I can claim the stamp duty refund and if yes what is the procedure I have to follow.
