I had booked a flat in Panvel - Navi mumbai and the builder delayed the project work for more than 6 months , we moved in the building like other without having facilities like lift etc.when asked for the OC the builder is delaying to issue the OC and also not not ready to form the society and convienence deed , When asked, there is no reply from the builder.
Also he has not allocated the parking space to the members and also have not fitted the battery back for the list.
Can you please suggest me what should be my next step to get the work done from the builder as well get the OC and society formation docments.

You need to issue a detailed notice calling upon the builder to comply his agreed obligations. If despite notice, builder fail to comply, approach Consumer or Civil Court. You may also consider invoking penal provisions of MOFA and prosecute the builder.
