Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi I have booked flat in Pune last year. I have alraedy paid 5.5 lac to bulider after completion of the purchase aggrement. Builder never asked us money from last year. Now project is about to complete and builder asking for remaining full amount. Bank is unable to give money in one shot .Bank will be able to give after 3-4 months. Builder is not ready to wait till 3-4 months. What can be done in this case? If I want to cancel the aggrement which amount I will be able to get from Builder?

It depends on the clauses of the agreement, whether you can get return of moneys paid upon your canceling the purchase.www.lawconcern.com
