Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Two borthers jointly purchased a property. They made paymnet from their Joint Bank Account held by them. They get the fund in their joint account from the firm in which there are three partners i.e. bothbrhers and mother.The purchase deeds etc. are in the name of both the borhers. Now the mother demanding share in the said property on the ground that she is also having share in the firm from where the fund transfered in the joint account of her two sons who are also share holders in the firm. Kindly advice, is mother has any leagal right on the said property.

it would depend upon the treatment of transactions in accounts of the firm. if money was being debited to the account of partners in their personal accounts as their drawings, mother will have no right.
