Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i have just bought a appartment in kanchipuram district as JOINT with my wife name ,..(still it has not gone for registration only allotment letter is generated ) and since now myself and my wife are not in good relation she wants to withdraw her name and i will want to continue it in my name only . IS it possible ? is there any procedure ?

yes its possible ... take a NOC letter from her and make the registration in ur name only....
