Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i bought a 6.75 cents kushki land near mangalore at 1998 feb. Later applied for conversion and get converted all 6.75 cents land. Now I noticed my RTC mentioned converted land 6.75cents but on bottom part mentioned as 7 cents and poramboku. is the converted land can be changed without mu knowldege to poramboku. i have constructed house and living there from 1998.
