Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We bought a flat in hyderabad one month ago.One week after we started staying, there is severe seepage in bedroom and other 3-4 areas in our flat.builders promised they would correct it .they tried to correct it twice but still it is there.As we have bought the flat investing our life time investment we are really worried about the isssue.Is there any law to help us move against builders.Please give any advice ....

You can only request the builder to do the needful and if he does the needful then thank him. Dont waste your time , energy and money in Consumer forum . You can spend that money to rectify your seepage problem.
