Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I bought a flat in mazgoan mumbai where there are 112 flats of 800 sq ft carpet , we 108 flats are muslim but in diff caste like 65 bohris , 25 sunnis , 18 khoja/shia , 1 parsi , 1 hindu , 2 christian , but now we are asked not to do religious activity in the compound as some peoples want the society to be cosmopolitian , does cosmopolitian means not celebrating our festivals where we live , they are forcing us & getting ready to registered a case in the court to stop our activity , is it possible for them to stop only ours religious function
