we bought a land of 10.32 acres in 1987 ,we handover the in-charge to take care of the land to my uncle who lives in the same place, we came and settled in our native due to some medical reasons with one of my family member. In 2002 my uncle transferred the whole land in his name using forgery signature ,which we came to know only in 2008 . We first decides not to file case on them and discuss and get the land back with the help of relatives ,they keep telling stories for 2 to 3 years ,then atlast we filed a case in police station(the district where the land belongs) in year 2011. My uncle bribed police and turned the complaint against us . Please help.

U may file compltaint in court and may file civil suit to challenge the registry and for more clarification u can call m
as this is a case of forgery, you may see a lawyer in person and file a complaint under appropriate sections of forgery and cheating. you may also file a civil suit for possession of the land.
Engage good lawyer and fight.
Also remember that a police case or criminal case may not be helpful in return of land as criminal matters are meant to punish the offender.
