Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
i bought a property in th month of Dec 2009 & make it the regiestry of property in my name. a part of the payment was made through a bank loan in my name for purchase of property.
while buying this property the seller told me that his children's marrige is suppoesed to be in the month of may 2010 nd if allowed by me he will giv me possesion of the house after may & i agree for this on mutual discussion. Now he is not vacating the house & live thier illegally. I dont hav any agreement & rent deed with him. I had requested him a lot of time to vacant the house but he is just ignoring it ......Now what will i do either file police case against him or file the court case for illegal possession in case i opt for civil case , how much maximum time will it take for justice & possession order from court. All the paper are in my name only.

he is merely a trespasser and you may seek eviction order from the civil court.
