Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I bought a property, but there is a neighbour who had an illegal house but do not have an access to his property, he now demands from me an access free of charge to his house since he is blocked in all sides.
Does he have a right to demand from me when I paid a price and brought the property?

I think what you mean by access is an approach road to your neighbour's property.As per law you are not required to give him the way but then the neighbour may seek relief in the court and the court may order the authorities to make a layout and approve..but its a very big epic,so right at this moment you can simply say no to him.
