Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
hi.. i have bought a property. it is a second sale. it is a brand new flat when we bought it. the building was not 100% complete. all doc.s were clear and we got the possession. after a month we came to know that the builder did not give electric meter because seller has not paid for it. The agreement between builder and seller was that unless all exp. are paid the builder will not sign the sale deed. The seller had the sale deed, based on which we bought the flat. now whose responsibility is it to get the electric meter.

It is your necessity. At this stage, you should better make efforts to get power connection and later on pursue your legal remedy, if any.
