Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I bought a 12.5 Tri part agreement flat on my wife and my name jointly in Navi Mumbai. I am to take possession in few days. But my wife passed away a month back. Please let me know how I can remove my wife's name from the property. I have a minor son (15 years old) and 4 married daughters. I am worried about my son and want my flat to be in my son't name in future. However in unfortunately case if my son is no more it should be on my 4 daughters name.

Please let me know what is the solution?

Should I replace my wife name with my minor son i.e. property on my and my son't name and my 4 daughters are nominee.

Please guide me.

Names of legal heir will come in place of name of deceaed person.
