MY BROTHER HAS CHALLANGED MY FATHER\'S WILL IN LOWER COURT, BECAUSE I GOT MORE PROPERTY THAN HIM AND GET \'STATUS-QUO\'. BUT FROM LAST SIX MONTHS HE CONSTRUCTED HIS PORTION AS DOUBLE STORY AFTER DEMOLISHED THE OLD HOUSE. I FILE A CASE TO GET STAY BUT CAN\'T SUCCEEDED BECAUSE OF DATE BY DATE. IN THE MEANWHILE CONSTRUCTION HAS COMPLETED. NOW HE CHALLANGED ME TO FIGHT TILL SUPREME COURT AND NOT TO MAKE ME NEW HOUSE OR TO SELL ME MY PORTION.MY MOTHER EXPIRED. I HAVE FOUR SISTER. TWO SISTERS ARE WITH HIM AND TWO ARE WITH ME IN THE COURT. IN THIS SITUATION WHAT CAN I DO? CAN HE GET RELEIF AFTER PAYING SOME FINE IN THE COURT TO SAVE HIS NEW CONSTRUCTED HOUSE? HOW CAN COURT GIVE ME RELIEF AFTER HIS COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION. CAN I SELL OR CONSTRUCT MY PORTION OR GIFT TO ANY ONE BEFORE ANY ORDER? HOW CAN COURT PUNISH HIM FOR HIS CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION? - View Group
