my brother expired in october 20012 he nominated me and the share certificate of the flat is transferd on my name immediately since 6 months back,Now i want to ask can i
take the loan on that flat ?And can any other relative have any legel right to object?

Only the person/s who can claim to be a legal heir of your brother can claim, and no body else.
Yes, you can take a loan.
