Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Me and my brother lives in our house with our father we signed a relinquishment deed (registered) in our father name of our property (not ancestral) and my father gifted that property to me via registered gift deed.
Now I want to evict my brother from house.
What can I do.

You have two remedies available 1) suit for possession or 2) suit for mandatory injunction against your brother.

is the relinquishment deed signed by your brother as well. the property is self acquired or ancestral. in case it is ancestral, you cannot evict your brother as he has an equal right.
