I have no brother i m single daughter of my father but father also 3 brother and my father has died in last year and property rights at my grandfather I am merried he can't accept me we are getting my property please advise me

Yes you have right in ur grandfathers property .... and you can file partition suit for ur rights and share in the said property..

Rights of your father devolved upon you immediately upon his death and for that you need not do anything.

As regards change of names in the record - apply to concerned authorities.

If you wish to have your share separated - file a partition suit.
