my brother got married on nov19 2009 and at the time of marriage and also after marriage we were not told that girl had epilepsy from birth .was hereditary and is still under medication,after one month we came to know because of her tablets and later girl revealed the fact and immediately called her father and told that we have come to know. he came when we asked first he refused and later gave all nonsense reasons. and took her immediately with him. Even after few days they did not send her and they kept refusig the fact. when we asked them we will consult doctor they refused.she did not come back even after 2 years.legally we put adivorce case, which they were not expecting. later they started blackmailing saying we will not give divorce nor allow him to marry.case was going on with out no results.

Here my father thought this case will end up no where and thought my brother to get married again since he had already crossed 30.

informing about all the reality a family agreed to give their daughter but 2.5lakh rupees has to be given to them to get their daughter married to my brother. to settle my brother's life my father agreed and gave them 2.5lakh and got my brother married to her.this was our mistake.

some how the first wife's family came to know and using their so called political power threatened to give police complaint against my father, mother and brother as dowry harassment case and will get all arrested but only if my father agrees to give them share in property they will not file any case nor will have any problem with 2nd marriage. since they haaad political and police supportand also due to our lack of legal knowledge my father agreed to their conditions that is withdrew divorce case and also forcefully had to write in their name 10 acres of land worth 80-90 lakhs.

later after consultig some lawyers we were told that since it is a ancestral property daughters can file a case against this and so was done and case is going on.

my brother's 2nd wife(who does not allow my brother even to touch her even after 10 months of marriage) and her family are demanding a property worth 90 lakhs to be transfered to theirs and only then will she come.

WHAT IS TO BE DONE ? MY BROTHER, MY PARENTS ALL ARE PSYCOLOGICALLY COMPLETELY DEPRESSED. WHAT CAN BE DONE LEGALLY, WHAT HAS TOBE DONE. PLEASE GIVE US SOLUTION TO THIS.
