me and my brother and sister have sign a registered relinquishment deed in my father name making him absolute owner
my father gaved that property to me (not ancestral property) by way of gift which was (registered) without any consideration
now my father is threatning me that he will take back the property and say in court that he signed under force
can he do that and held my gift revoked
( he is neither illitrate or mentally instable)

once the property is gifted, it cannot be revoked or taken back. moreover, the gift is substantiated with the relinquishment deeds executed by your brother and sister. this further substantiates the gift deed. even if a case for cancellation is filed, your case seems stronger. you may see a lawyer if you want.
