Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i and my brother stayed together since my childhood with my mother since i got married, and no other family member around and all the joint accounts ,locker is with me and my brothers name,and he nominated me as a nominee, .my brother expired and i want to make successor certificate he nominated me and all the original sale deed and possession of the property is with me?Successor certificate require a signature of my other family memmber ?and wht is the time period my other family member can object after the property share certificate transfer on my name.?
