Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We have five brothers and having ancester property ( Big house ) at Gaya in Bihar State.
We wanted to sail the house except one brother. We 4 brothers serve a legal notic through one loyer to our brother that we want to sail the house but they did not reply our notic from last 5 years.
How we proceed ? Our Loyer suggest that you (4 brother) shall sail the property and left the one brother. The purchaser is ready to purchase the 4 part of the house.
Please advice us whether we can proceed or not ?

you need to file a suit for partition.
