Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We are three brothers. I am elder son. I and my father helped to other two brother for purchasing their house. Now my father has prepared a will for his house in favour of myself. Will my two brothers and their family members claim for this property after my father's death?

in my opinion, to make your will stronger, your father should explain in the will the circumstances of helping his other sons in purchasing their respective houses and therefore they are being excluded from this will in respect of this house. Secondly, if the terms are good and if possible let these brothers be witness to will. there not being a witness is not going to do any harm. But explanation must be there
