Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We are three brothers. My father's property got transfered to my eleder brother's name as "Daan-patra" without giving any share to other two sons. Recently my father expired. Can we (the other two sons) claim our share on that property?

Every child has an equal right of sharing in the property of his father/mother unless there is any specific document/deed/will or etc signed or executed, this is a general rule of law.
In your case if your father has gifted all or his property inclusive of ancestral property to your elder brother only then you can claim your proportionate rights in the court of law.
