please tell me if i and my four brothers has given GPA to one of our other brother, he is also the share holder of the property, can we cancell the GPA without his presence?

Yes you can cancel the GPA without his presence and inform him that his GPA has been canceled.

notice of revocation has to be sent to the attorney so that he knows that he is no more the attorney. It could be by fax, email, or conventional registered mail.

A power of attorney can be cancelled anytime by informing the grantee of such power.

However, if such power of attorney is irrevocable in terms of section 202 Contract Act, then it can not be cancelled unilaterally.
