Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have four brothers and two married sisters. one of my sister got married in 1996 in rural area.but she can't stayed in village. so after giving a son birth she came to parent house.she has 1 boy & 2 daughter. she was not stayed with her husband any more. now problem is that we have no enough earning to survive and still she has affair with one guy and if we say anything to her then she threatend us to suicide herself & give the nmes of a family members, we are very upset, also she dominated our family. Also her husband was trying to live with my sister but she can't, so plz find the way how to resove this matter?

You have no legal liability to maintain your sister. It is the liability of her husband. She has a right of residence in her husband's property. It is good that the matter be amicably settled by talking it out with your sister. You may approach the legal services office of your district for pre litigation mediation.
