Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Two brothers partitioned the property of their father and registered the deed a few years ago. Both have two children each, who are not parties to the partition. Can the children claim a share? Are the brothers absolute owners of their resspective shares by virtue of the partition deed and can they deal with their properties without reference to their children?
