Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

is that ok?

My brothers & sisters r NOT showing any interest/care of the parental property which is in my possession since 20 yrs. All taxes/bills r paid by me. IN fact there is no communiction amongest us. I m also apprehensive ?shy/doubtful to talk 2 them.What will ultimately hapen to its ownership?

Ownership will continue with all the co-owners, unless transferred by sale, gift, exchange, release etc.

A co-ownership property remains to be co-ownership property, irrespective as to whether other owners take interest in the property or not. Paying light bills or other taxes, will not ouster ownership of other co-owners. THe property contineous to be joint property.
