Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we are two brothers.i got stay on a particular property and he got status quo.its been a year now and the lawyer has filed for civil revision petition in high court and says we won.what does it mean?and he states now he will file for contempt of court in high court which can make the case strong..

You dont enquire all this from your lawyer. You have paid money to your lawyer ask these questions . This forum is for people who cant afford and belong to the lower strata of our society. I dont think you belong to either of the two.
